NEW Starting in 2013 everyone will see a bid number beside each team. All correspondence concerning your team or teams or just a question must refer back to the bid number associated with each team. NEW - Each team consists of no more than of 5 birds and no less than 3 birds. Send your team with $1000.00 to activate 1 bird with the remaining birds on each team being backups. * Remaining birds on each team must be activated NO later than 10 days after the 100 mile tune-up race, any bird NOT activated within 10 days after 100 mile tune-up race will be listed as an unpaid bird on AIC web page and auctioned on a first come first server basis to anyone who pays entry fee of $1000.00 plus purchaser will own that pigeon plus 100% of any winnings and breeder (not AIC race) agrees to provide pedigree to new owner. This will give us about 15 more days to get your pigeon activated by someone else.

NEW - Anyone who does not have at least one (1) bird on his or her team or teams go to the last race (350 miles) that person is eligible for a free replacement team of up to five (5) birds with one (1) bird fully activated the next year only, provided the team is 100% activated by owner only and replacements for lost birds are sent in before replacement deadline. Any activated (paid) backup bird lost prior to the first race will receive a credit for that bird the next (following) year only, again orignal owner must activate 100% of birds on that team to receive this cerdit the following year only, Otherwords you are 100% responsable for activation your team or teams to insure free credits for replacements. No cash refunds. You can fly with 100% conidence at AIC race. We want you to have every possible opportunity to prove your ability as a breeder of world class pigeons.

*ALL DAY BIRDS FROM THE 350 MILE RACE WILL BE AUCTIONED, UNLESS OWNER NOTIFIES AIC NO LATER THAN OCT-15TH (10 DAYS BEFORE FIRST RACE) BY EMAIL ONLY (NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE) THAT HE OR SHE WISHES NOT TO PARTICPATE IN THE AUCTION FOR 2013, IT'S 100% YOUR CHOICE.

*ANYONE WHO WISHES NOT TO PARTICPANT IN THE AUCTION AND WANT THEIR BIRDS BACK AFTER THE COMPLETED RACE SERIES (150-225&350) THERE WILL BE A $75.00 PER BOX FEE, WITH 4 BIRDS PER BOX LIMIT PLUS SHIPPING MUST BE PAID NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT NOV-19-2013.

*IF YOUR BIRD WON MONEY IT CAN BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR WINNINGS.

*AIC WILL BEGIN SHIPPING BIRDS BACK TO OWNERS THE FIRST WEEK OF DEC-2013. *ANY SHIPPING FEES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PAID BY NOV-20TH. THAT PERSONS BIRDS WILL BECOME PROPERTY OF AIC.

*OWNER AGREES TO PROVIDE A FULL PEDIGREE FOR ALL BIRDS GOING TO THE AUCTION BY NOV 17, 2013. *AT AIC YOU HAVE A CHOICE.

*AUCTION WILL BE 65% TO OWNER AND 35% TO AIC AFTER EXPENSES.

*THIS IS A CHANCE TO MAKE SOME ADDITIONAL TAX FREE CASH (NO IRS-1099 FOR AUCTION BIRD MONEY), AND GIVE SOMEONE ELSE A CHANCE TO ADD SOME GREAT NEW BLOOD TO THEIR BREEDING PROGRAM PLUS SEE YOUR NAME ON OTHER WINNING PEDIGREES.

*75% OF ONE LOFT FLYERS SAY THEY WISH THEY HAD AUCTIONED THEIR BIRDS INSTEED OF KEEPING THEM.

*The direction we are flying is out of the southwest. This course will have several wind directions but we feel this would be the best test for the pigeons.

**First race 150 miles - October 25, 2013
**Second race 225 miles - November 1, 2013
**Third race 350 miles - November 10, 2013
Please remember to make AIC race your first race choice for 2013.

November 9th, 2013 - will be a party with a catered bar-b-q dinner, everyone please come for fun, food and fellowship.

All races will be paid in full no sooner than 30 days and no later than 45 days after final race.

Winners will be announced on Nov. 10, 2013. But will remain unofficial for 15 days.
All race will stop 36 hours after release time. Any paying position not filled within 36 hours will be divided equally with all clocked birds.

All race dates are projected only.

All birds will have their 9th & 10th pulled.

Loft manager has the right to refuse any persons or their birds from the race.

Any bird that does not clock will be the last bird on that drop.

$1,000.00 entry fee must be sent when you ship your birds to AIC race no exceptions.

All races will pay on the drop, after first drop, it will revert to clocking order.
(A drop will be considered as followed, All birds registered in timer (clock) before any second group bird or birds lands on landing board will be condidered first drop only. Any bird that registered in timer (clock) after the second group bird or birds lands on landing board will be paid by clocking order. At AIC we feel this to be the most fair way to seperate first drop birds from clocking order birds.)

Average speed will pay first three places only.

No pooling on property.
